Consists of Magenta, Neon Pink, White, Neon Yellow, and Neon Green.

Easy to apply and remove. Hypoallergenic, gentle, fragrance free. 

Ingredients: Water Paraffin Wax, Castor Oil, Glycerine, Calcium Carbonate, Stearyl Alcoholhenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Acacia Senegal, Dextrin, Water.  May Contain: Benzogyanamine, Sodium toluene sulphonate, Basic Red 1:1, D&C Red 27 Lake, Ultramarine blue (CI 77007), D&C Red 7 CA Lake (CI 15850:1), Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), D&C Yellow 10 Alum Lake (CI 47005:1), FD&C Blue 1 Alum Lake (CI 42090:1)

Neon colors are made with pigments that have not been approved by the USA Cosmetic Regulator to be used in cosmetics (the agency has not tested them yet for cosmetic use). According to the manufacturer they have been independently tested and determined safe for cosmetic use by independent labs and by other government agencies in different countries. Following the regulator’s  guidelines, they are labeled as a Special FX Product – Prosthetic Paint (for professional use only) – Not a cosmetic Product Apply product to prosthetic appliances, bald caps, clothing, etc. This applies ONLY to the UV/Neon pigments in this product and not to the rest of the pigments, and ONLY in the USA and some parts of Europe.

Global cakes are made in Taiwan. Global Colours is a family owned business under new management, their focus is on environmental responsibility with BPA free packaging, that is recyclable and high standards of working environments in their facilities. This line of paint is vegan and never tested on animals.

Use within 12 months of opening. Store in a cool & dry location with lid closed when not in use. A special effect product, not a cosmetic item. For hair and Special FX only. Not intended to be used on skin. Conforms to E 71 part 3.
